Orders
To order or request a shipping price for the garment or garments please follow the following procedure
Send an email to Barbara Harding (hardib@kinect.co.nz) with the following information.
1. Code Number (ie G11)
2. Size required
3. Your name
4. Your country and postal address
When the above is received we will advise shipping cost and if the garment is in stock or when the garment will be ready for shipping - If an order is placed you will receive a request for payment from Paypal when garment is available - You can then follow Paypal instructions to pay by Credit Card through Paypal. Note:- It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay this way
Note: NZ customers can pay by Bank Direct Credit.
Custom Orders
If you have a pattern or you have seen one of Barbara's garments elsewhere that you would like knitted please send her an email. (hardib@kinect.co.nz) She would be happy to help.
Shipping
Shipping will be at cost - Note: Customs duty or Import taxes if applicable are responsibility of purchaser. Overseas shipping will be via NZ Post International Air with a delivery target of 3-10 working days, NZ orders will be by NZ post -Free delivery in NZ
Returns Policy
Please choose garment size carefully - goods can be returned if they are in original packing and are in original condition as received. Any goods returned will be refunded in full - (the return postage will not be included in refund.)
